Pam Stewart?

Pam Stewart is a
management consultant and senior project manager specializing
in the rollout of new government programs, and renewal of existing programs.
She has worked directly with most Ministries and central agencies of
the Government of British Columbia, and has managed government-wide
projects that involved all Ministries. With her Law degree and over 15 years' experience
in government project management and consulting, she has a track record of success
in leading projects to completion on time and within budget.
From legislation
to operations:
Pam's
legal expertise, combined with her management consulting and technical
experience, enable her to manage all phases of government program rollout,
from preparation of drafting instructions for new legislation and regulations,
through detailed policy-making and design of business processes, to
operational implementation supported by modern technology. She is also
experienced in writing Business Cases, Treasury Board Submissions and
other project initiation documentation, and managing RFP procurement
processes.
International
experience:
Pam Stewart has managed projects for the government of British Columbia,
the Canadian federal government, and various governments in the United States.
