| Pam Stewart is an independent management consultant, senior project manager and senior business analyst specializing in the rollout of new government programs and renewal of existing programs. She has worked directly with most ministries and central agencies of the Government of British Columbia, and has managed government-wide projects that involved all ministries. |

| Pam typically reports to Executive Directors, Assistant Deputy Ministers or executive-level steering committees. She is a self-reliant leader with excellent communication and writing skills. With over 15 years' experience in government project management and strategic planning, Pam has a track record of success in leading projects to completion on time and within budget. |

| Pam’s Law degree, combined with her management and technical experience, enable her to participate effectively and provide leadership in all phases of government program rollout including strategic planning, articulating requirements for new legislation and regulations, policy development, business transformation, and operational implementation supported by modern technology. |

| Pam is experienced in writing Business Cases, Treasury Board Submissions and other project funding documents, and managing procurement processes. She also develops governance structures for change management, change control, risk management, executive decision-making, stakeholder communications and transition planning that are necessary in transformational projects. |
